04 — Goal

My goal: rope rescue technician.

I want to bring together the two things I do best: working on ropes and rescuing people. I’m already a volunteer firefighter and an ambulance first responder. From 16 to 21 November 2026 I’m taking the ITRA course (International Technical Rescue Association, Level 2, possibly 3) with Prevent, and more specialist courses are planned.

05 — Experience

Experience at height: to be built, anywhere.

Let me be clear: I don’t have work experience at height yet. I have the certifications, a first responder’s training and the drive to gain experience wherever it’s needed: construction and façades, industry, energy, in Italy and abroad, including long assignments. As an L1 I always work in a team, supervised by a Level 3 technician.

Documentation from height

Before the ropes I worked as a photographer and videomaker for ten years, and I hold the EU drone pilot certificate (EASA A1/A3). At height I can document inspections, defects and progress with photos, video and aerial footage, ready for reports and clients.

What I bring

Used to working in teams and under pressure: fire crews, ambulances, TV sets. Punctual, with ten years of self-employment.
